This rule no longer appears to be buggy, so enforce it. Some of the automated fixes are adjusted in order to improve the result. #pragma directives have no option to control indentation, so remove them where possible.

Cache results of TraitsImplementing calls.

If a class is caching the TraitsImplementing enumerable, instead cache the results of enumerating it to an array. The avoids having to enumerate the sequence each time it is needed.
