ba282865f1 Replace legacy StyleCop(Plus) with StyleCopAnalyzers 
Analyzers are enabled in the Debug configuration
only to avoid unnecessary overheads when compiling
normally.

f69c6ab3fb Update SharpZipLib to 1.1.0. 
The default code page has been changed to UTF8
so our workarounds are no longer needed.

2dba45ebac Remove version information from NuGet folder names
