Paul Chote d62a21da14 Improve GLSL renderer debug logging: Define GL_INVALID_OPERATION error code (was previously error 1282); Include GL_RENDERER, GL_VERSION, GL_SHADING_LANGUAGE_VERSION in graphics.log; write graphics.log when CheckGlError fails. Fixes #966 and half of #967.
