Rework IConnection implementations:

* EchoConnection is now a trivial buffer that stores
  and repeats orders directly without serialization.

* NetworkConnection no longer subclasses EchoConnection,
  and now also caches local orders without serialization.

* Replay recording was moved to NetworkConnection
  (it is never used on EchoConnection).
