Fixed Mobile.SetPosition & other FixUnloadCargo touch-ups

Fixed Mobile.SetPosition
Finally removed old SubCell enum
Folded MobileInfo.CanEnterCell overloads into one
Renamed IPositionable.{IsMovingFrom => IsLeaving}
Changed Crate.IsLeaving to use crate lifetime
