8a566708a5 adjust the Deviator descrption to recent balancing changes
it does not effect infantry but light/heavy vehicles now
in fact it does some neglectable damage

d8b0c0d440 added support for nuke launch sound to confirm strike
separated into IncomingSound = "nuke approaching/detected"
and changed LaunchSound into "nuke lauched"

also nuke with small L .aud in cnc rules looks like a typo

1e53434e45 Simplify cloak crate behavior.
This removes the runtime trait addition which
prevented Cloak from being cached.

The CloakCrateAction in D2K was never used, so
has also been removed.

Significantly reduced use of expllg3 and explsml2, more variety, fixed one missing extension.

33ffb41384 Several visual weapon fixes.
- adds visible projectiles to tanks, gun turret and siege tank weapons.
- fixed devastator bullet.
- quad now uses RPG projectile.
- reduced the overuse of large artillery explosions.
- removed some useless WaterExplosions.
- gave deviator missile its own explosion animation.
- tank cannons now cause the same explosion as in d2k.

d0188e5728 Fixes several vehicle LocalOffsets and turret offsets, enables MuzzleFlash.
Changes Siege Tank behavior from AttackTurreted to AttackFrontal as it was in the original (making it slightly more effective against defenses too, as it no longer moves as close to them as turreted units would).

247ea6e2bd Fixes Trike, Raider and Devastator muzzle sequences so they actually show up in-game, removes unnecessary muzzle sequence for Quad.
Note: I'm aware that abusing Frames: for this is a bit ugly, but as a matter of fact the result simply works and looks much better than using a high tick value instead.
