7a71f87d9f Introduce Renderable.BeforeRender().
WorldRenderer.Draw() has been slightly reorganized
to ensure that BeforeRender is called before any
drawing render state (e.g. scissor) has been set.

18311be3ae Remove nearest-int position rounding from SpriteRenderer.
The things that want to be rounded already do this
much earlier (wr.ScreenPxPosition, etc).

5bc47f4834 Add generation counting to Actor and Target
This allows us to invalidate targets based on arbitrary conditions,
just by bumping the actor's generation number.

The next patches will use this.
