c28faffa45 Remove custom Stopwatch wrapper
Remove the redirection (that doesn't offer any new functionality)
and replace it with the familiar System.Diagnostics.Stopwatch.

7ffbfb9b7e Add a Hotkey class for user-configurable keys. Fixes #3779.
Users can now define and use hotkeys that include modifiers (ctrl/meta/shift/alt).

387ac04d9f Split tileset artwork loading out of TileSet.
This simplifies terrain loading and allows for
non-square tiles in game.

The editor still relies on the old code for now.

13f8d944d2 Split RenderSprites out of RenderSimple.
RenderSprites handles sprite drawing independently
from the extra bits needed by actors that only use
sprites.
