9cf38c1784 Increase Pillbox muzzle anim length
Length of muzzle anim now roughly matches the length
of the sound and impact animations.

acb5245a28 Restore correct palette and voices for RA civilians.
A new C11 infantry has been added to use the custom
c3 sprite that was originally added back when only
c1 and c2 were used in OpenRA.

aa953ba5a1 Remove unused and buggy stand2 sequence from ants
They were unused, their settings were wrong,
and even if fixed they'd make idle ants look
glitchy, because the game switches between
stand sequences randomly.

b7fc275067 RA sequence cleanups.
Note: Removing Length: * from interior boxes and larvae as well as barrels
is intentional, boxes have just 1 frame, and frames 2+3 of larvae and
barrels are just duplicates of the first, added by Westwood to work around
damage stage issues.

Fixes fence palette on desert maps.

409d6a046d Rename CrushableInfantry to Crushable, adapt to WithDeathAnimation.
Make Crushable compatible with non-mobile actors.

Change RA, TD and TS infantry die-crushed sequence ZOffsets in preparation
for future engine changes.

Add descriptions and CrushedByFriendlies to Crushable.

Adapt code to factor in whether the palette is a player palette.

5ef3a49485 Splits sequences.yaml into multiple files.
The sequences.yaml is a behemoth, next to impossible to navigate other than through the search function. Splitting it into multiple files named after their category makes navigation easier for everyone.
