ebcd4a8b8c Update civilian.yaml
Remove bib from Oil Derrick as it caused graphical errors on some maps where it was placed near terrain obstacles. (The bib being on top of a river for example)

8a566708a5 adjust the Deviator descrption to recent balancing changes
it does not effect infantry but light/heavy vehicles now
in fact it does some neglectable damage
closes #3781

37f279a6b0 Update weapons.yaml
Updated so Tonya won't shoot at anything but infantry, as her weapon is ineffective against anything else anyway.

d8b0c0d440 added support for nuke launch sound to confirm strike
separated into IncomingSound = "nuke approaching/detected"
and changed LaunchSound into "nuke lauched"

also nuke with small L .aud in cnc rules looks like a typo

1c7cc60205 TS weapon improvements.
Fixes cases where Burst was set as Projectile or Warhead trait, fixes some other Burst and Report issues, adds Angle and Shadow to some projectiles, adds Explosions and ImpactSounds to explosive weapons.

1e53434e45 Simplify cloak crate behavior.
This removes the runtime trait addition which
prevented Cloak from being cached.

The CloakCrateAction in D2K was never used, so
has also been removed.
