Fix RA desert tree fire palette
...
By default WithDamageOverlay uses the actors'
palette, but RA's desert terrain uses the TD desert.pal
which isn't compatible with RA's fire animation shps.

Remove unused and buggy stand2 sequence from ants
...
They were unused, their settings were wrong,
and even if fixed they'd make idle ants look
glitchy, because the game switches between
stand sequences randomly.
