a5dd4ffe36 Cache teams in observer logic 
The player state and teams are fixed after the game starts, so it is safe to cache the resulting teams in the observer logic rather than re-evaluating them each time.

a0f17b15ec Refactor translation files 
- Add prefixes to all message keys to provide context
- Use messages with attributes for some UI elements (dropdowns, dialogs, checkboxes, menus)
- Rename some class fields for consistency with translation keys
