5b8f148c50 Simplify tileset-specific sequence definitions.
All magic behaviour for constructing sprite filenames
has been removed in favour of an explicit Filename
(and TilesetFilenames for tileset-specific sequences)
property.

d5399aaf6b Fix MCV deploy erasing Chronoshift history.
If the MCV is deployed as a Construction Yard when
the timer expires the structure will take a 50%
damage hit from a chrono-vortex.

If the MCV is in the process of (un)deploying it
will be returned in MCV form.

a392780c93 Tweaked RA airfield + soviet barracks offsets
Barracks art is now more centered and aligned with allied tent. Airfield is now more centered, which also makes the custom spawn position obsolete and fixes the misalignment between spawn and landing position.

This is also done to reduce misalignment between art and footprint-sized hit shapes that will follow later.

ad44c51898 Removed empty top rows from RA base structure footprints
Removed top row of buildings where it only consisted of _ cells and adjusted the art offset instead. This fixes the issue that CenterPosition was located in the middle between the occupied and passable cell for defenses like tesla coils, makes their placement a bit more intuitive and makes setting up proper HitShapes easier.

b7fc275067 RA sequence cleanups.
Note: Removing Length: * from interior boxes and larvae as well as barrels
is intentional, boxes have just 1 frame, and frames 2+3 of larvae and
barrels are just duplicates of the first, added by Westwood to work around
damage stage issues.

Fixes fence palette on desert maps.

52bc05c1b5 Fixes #5654 by removing false damage states which caused invisible walls
Removes final set of 16 sequences for all walls as it appears that these
are not actually supposed to be used as damage states for the actual
wall, but as end pieces for each wall.  One of the pieces in particular
caused a single wall to be seen as invisible.  Fixes #5654

78b4f17baf Adds muzzle flash to all vehicles and ships with cannons.
Muzzle animation is a customized version of the original gunfire.shp. Not using all frames for light tank, flak truck and flak cannon is intentional.
