75f78f8d27 Remove bogus undefined/unused trait property definitions.
None of these exist in current bleed, so this
won't change any in-game behaviour.

1408fb74b2 Use Armament.ReloadingCondition on RA V2
The new property makes the AmmoPool work-around obsolete.
