TD tooltip fixes
...
- mention Apache being strong vs aircraft
- mention engineers will damage buildings, not just capture them
reverted:
- Sentences are now (mostly) lowercase, end with full-stop
- Changed "defence" tab tooltip to "defense"

Reduce Flamethrower speed to match rifle infantry
...
Given that Flamethrowers are quite powerful and tough (90 HP), I don't see why it makes sense to also have them be super fast. It seems they should walk at normal speed, especially given how much of a threat to buildings they are.
Reducing their speed will give Grenadiers the distinction of being a fast infantry unit.
If you think this hurts them too much, then their range should be increased, not their speed.

Move weapon/turret definitions out of AttackBase.
...
Weapons are now defined with the Armament trait
and turret parameters live in Turreted.
This has the side effect of allowing any number
and distribution of weapons and turrets.

Infantry can detect cloaked units in the next tile. This behaviour was in the original C&C Gold.
(Even though it says range=2, it is actually just in the next tile)

Made Chem Warriors walk through tiberium instead of around it and reduced their penalty for running through it to what would normally be "rough" terrain (80% instead of 70%).
...
Gave Commando Red Pip while passenger in APC/helicopter (can we get a more distinct color for engineer? Bright yellow or orange that contrasts from regular green, and/or pale blue).
Increased Commando shroud reveal to 6, since that will equal what 5 ought to be (infantry and vehicles have differences in sight range even when they have the same value, it seems http://i.imgur.com/Z6nWG.jpg )
