ebcd4a8b8c Update civilian.yaml
Remove bib from Oil Derrick as it caused graphical errors on some maps where it was placed near terrain obstacles. (The bib being on top of a river for example)

e88c113857 Update civilian.yaml
Changed armor type of barrels to none so they can be shot by Tonya, Snipers, or other weapons with damage only applying to armor type none.

d8b0c0d440 added support for nuke launch sound to confirm strike
separated into IncomingSound = "nuke approaching/detected"
and changed LaunchSound into "nuke lauched"

also nuke with small L .aud in cnc rules looks like a typo

6da236d47f Set/fix LocalOffsets for all units and structures with muzzle flashes in RA mod.
Offsets that haven't been touched were either forgotten or deemed good enough.

78b4f17baf Adds muzzle flash to all vehicles and ships with cannons.
Muzzle animation is a customized version of the original gunfire.shp. Not using all frames for light tank, flak truck and flak cannon is intentional.
